	Custom Decorated Four-Inch Ball A custom decorated four-inch ball is the easiest approach. See our Travel collection on the website for possibilities. The minimum is 192 pieces. Each ball will be gift-boxed in our Destinations box, a plain white box, or a custom box. Price depends on the intricacy of the design ($10 and up). Volume discounts (1,000 pieces per design) are available. Depending on the time of year, delivery time can run 8-12 weeks once samples are approved. Exclusive Designs, Logos, or Special Decorative Approach Exclusive designs, logos, or special decorative approach using our existing molds. The baseball cap, highway signs, surf board, t-shirt, aloha shirts, surfboard, book, onesie, bib, mini-flip, etc. are examples of molds that can be used to decorate with your artwork. The minimum per design is 250 pieces. Pricing will be quoted once the final sample is approved. Depending on the time of year, delivery time can run 8-12 weeks once samples are approved. Custom Molds Custom molds are also possible. Mold costs start at $1000. The minimum number of pieces is 500. The development process takes time so planning ahead is essential. Prices will be quoted once the final sample is approved. For budgeting purposes, assume that a starting price for a custom mold project is $6000 (which includes the samples, mold, and 500 pieces). Depending on the time of year, delivery time can run 12-20 weeks once samples are approved. Custom Packaging With an existing design, exclusive decoration, and/or custom mold, special packaging is available. Packaging concepts include special graphics imprinted on boxes, box wraps, insert cards, custom ribbons, etc. Prices vary and minimums apply. Payment for Custom Work Payment for custom work: For custom decorated 4-in balls and exclusive decorations (using our molds) there is a sample charge of $50 per design. Sample charges must be paid, in advance, by credit card. If an order is placed, sample charges will be refunded. When placing a custom order with the factory, a payment of 50% down, by credit card, is required. The remaining balance is due, via credit card, when the custom order is ready to be shipped to you. To initiate a custom mold, a pre-payment of $3,000 must be made, in advance, via credit card. All pricing is FOB Wilsonville, Oregon unless otherwise requested.
