Designing, handcrafting, stocking, and shipping all of our glass ornaments is a lot of work. But we’re dedicated to the painstaking process because the end result, the satisfaction of our customers and their repeat business, is really, really important to our mission of supporting The Learning Community.
If you’re not happy with an ornament, return it within 15 days of the receipt of the order and we’ll either exchange it for another one or give you a refund of the purchase price—it’s your choice.
When returning an ornament, please be sure it is in new condition, packed in the original box, and include the original packing slip.
