Ornament Shipping Information
Shipping is charged based on the actual weight of your order, the origination and destination locations, and the shipping method you select. Retail customers will be billed for shipping at the time of their order. Wholesale customers will be billed when the order ships.
Return Shipping
For your convenience, all ornament returns can be made at our Ornaments To Remember Showroom or by mailing the ornament in its original packaging, within 15 days of delivery, to:

The Customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the ornament is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received in error.

At Ornaments To Remember, we don’t consider ornament shipping to be an afterthought. Over the years, we’ve tried a number of boxes and packing methods until we arrived at what we consider ornament shipping nirvana: individual gift boxes for all regularly priced ornaments. Sale ornaments are carefully bubble wrapped instead of being invidually gift boxed and they are guaranteed to arrive without damage or we'll replace it according to our customer satisfaction policy.

Opening the package is nearly as much fun as owning what’s inside. Our regularly priced ornaments are individually gift boxed in boxes designed for each collection. The recipient gets a sneak peek of the ornament, which is resting in a comfy bed of paper confetti, through the see-through box top.
