Custom Order Little Souls Dolls

Now is your opportunity to order a custom Little Souls doll, handcrafted by Gretchen Wilson.  Please note these important guidelines for custom orders and specify the details of your order using the form below.  A customer service representative will contact you within two (2) business days to go over your order by phone.

  • Custom orders are subject to review and approval by Gretchen Wilson.  You will not be billed until she has approved your order.
  • Custom dolls are non-refundable.  If a doll is damaged in transit, please call ORNAMENTS TO REMEMBER (800-330-3382) to report the damage and to receive instructions for having the damage repaired.
  • When an order is placed, you give Gretchen full artistic license to create your doll.  Little Souls are designed using found objects and are handmade.  No guarantee is made regarding the final appearance of the doll, its clothing, or its accessories.
  • Please allow 6-8 weeks from order approval to receipt of order.
  • Shipping costs vary by doll.  The cost of shipping your order will be calculated and billed at the time of shipment.
