NOTE: The price for the Design & Decorate Kit includes shipping within the U.S.

We ship using Priority Mail or Fed-Ex. All deliveries to the US territories and P.O. Boxes are sent via Priority Mail. We can also ship via other carriers, at your request. Any additional charges will be applied to your credit card.

Return Shipping:

For your convenience, all returns can be made at our Ornaments to Remember showroom in Wilsonville, Oregon, or by mail. Returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original purchase, less shipping costs. To return merchandise by mail, please send to:

All returns must be accompanied by the original package slip within 15 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return costs unless ornament is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received in error.
